Lindani Samkange-Chikumbirike, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

Lindani is a seasoned investment professional with over 18 years’ experience. He has a proven track record of managing major institutional portfolios and leading cross-border investments, including at a Cape Town based private equity fund with over US$1.2 billion in AUM. While highly skilled at safeguarding value in volatile economic environments, his core expertise lies in scaling diversified portfolios in innovative asset finance, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors. Lindani has recently completed a Master in Finance from the University of Cambridge and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Economics & Sociology) from Africa University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Simba Takuva

Chief Operating Officer

Simba spent close to a decade in the commercial vehicle and fleet leasing sector, as Head of Legal & Risk and Company Secretary at MAN Automotive South Africa and later as General Counsel of Zeda Limited, where he led legal and regulatory risk through Zeda’s unbundling and listing on the JSE. Simba has practised across African markets for over 17 years, including securing the release of more than thirty vehicles impounded in Mombasa through negotiation with Kenyan authorities. He founded Takuva Attorneys Incorporated in 2023, advising fund managers and high-growth businesses on governance, risk and cross-border structuring. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds an LLB with distinction from the University of the Witwatersrand.
